Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all visa application and related services provided by Suso Travels, the brand name of Suso TMC LTD. By engaging our services—whether through our website, email, phone, or in person—you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Service Scope

Suso Travels acts as an agent for clients in submitting visa applications and related services to immigration authorities and relevant institutions. We do not have authority to grant visas or influence final decisions.

2. Application Accuracy & Documentation

  • Clients are responsible for providing complete, truthful, and accurate documentation.

  • Suso Travels cannot proceed with applications until all required documents are submitted.

  • Applications should be made well in advance of planned travel dates.

3. Processing Time & Delays

  • Our internal processing time is 5–7 working days, provided all documents are complete.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete applications, false documentation, or immigration authority processing times.

  • We are also not liable for changes in immigration laws or policies.

4. Visa Approval Disclaimer

  • Visa decisions rest solely with immigration authorities.

  • We cannot guarantee approval, influence decisions, or expedite timelines.

  • We are not liable for any visa denial or delay, or for related costs (e.g., flights, accommodation, loss of income).

5. Fees & Refunds

  • All service fees must be paid in full before we begin processing.

  • Visa fees paid to embassies or third parties are non-refundable.

  • If a visa is denied, Suso Travels’ service fee is also non-refundable.

  • If you cancel your application before submission, a 20% administrative fee will apply.

6. Missed Appointments & Embassy Rebooking

Clients who miss embassy/consulate appointments are responsible for the full cost of rescheduling, as charged by the respective authority.

7. Hotel Bookings for Vacation Packages

Some packages require prepaid hotel bookings (often non-refundable). We will notify you before such payments are made.

8. Passports & Couriers

  • We are not liable for passports or documents lost/damaged by third-party courier services.

  • Incorrect visa details issued by an embassy are also outside our control.

9. Medical & Health Exams

We do not handle medicals, vaccination cards, or submission of health forms. Clients are responsible for these where required.

10. Visa Sharing for Vacation Packages

Approved visas for package bookings will be released only after the full balance is paid.

11. Use of Client Information

We rely on the accuracy of the information you provide and will not verify it independently. We are not liable for consequences of incomplete or incorrect data.

12. Existing Applications/Profiles

If you have a pending visa application or an existing immigration profile not disclosed to us, Suso Travels is not responsible for any resulting complications.

13. Public Display of Visa Approvals

Suso Travels reserves the right to post blurred images of approved visas (without sensitive personal info) on our platforms for testimonial or promotional purposes.

14. Terms Acceptance

Requesting or using our services constitutes full agreement to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms without prior notice.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved via arbitration or the courts of Nigeria.
