- Journalist: Produce a Press ID Card, a Reporting authorization or an invitation letter from the Ministry of Communication and Media.
- Member of NGO: Present a Deed of Approval or an authorisation from the Ministry of Planning.
- Member of a Religious denomination: Present an order of Mission, A Missionary Certificate or a legalised Undertaking of Support from the Legal representative.
